This manga is amazing imo, I hope it’ll get a anime sometime in the future. But the current cliff hanger makes me so impatient lol. I assume he’ll purposely get himself killed while just doing whatever, either that he meets someone else he can “protect”, I see it as more of a impossible task for him to do, maybe even a curse on him. Eventually everyone he “protects” dies for reasons, killed mostly, but maybe his “protection” is until they die from age or so they could die “happily” but that’s something that already happened
